A great chicken curry recipe that you can prepare at home!

  • 400 g high chicken thighs

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chili
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 large can of tomatoes or 4-5 fresh peeled tomatoes
  • fresh coriander to taste
  • 1 spoon of sugar or honey
  • 150 g fat
  • 2 dcl water


Add red pepper (suitable for Kashmiri), garam masala root, crushed ginger, minced garlic, juice of half a lemon, salt and 4-5 tablespoons of plain yogurt to 400 g of high quality chicken thighs. Leave to soak for an hour. However, it is better for a few hours, or even overnight – the meat will be very tender.

Put the meat on the skewers and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Fry the chopped onions in oil. We put salt dídeme nastrúhaný snak so zázvorom chili. Let the mixture cook for 5-10 minutes. Then take off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of sugar or honey and 150 g of butter. Chop the coriander leaves before serving.
