  • 3 slices of unpeeled pineapple

  • soy sauce

Procedure: Cut the chicken to size, wash, salt, season and coat in potato starch. Heat the oil in a frying pan, while frying the onion, then the chicken. Add chopped peppers and pineapple to the strips. Add three drops of water and gradually add ketchup, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and peanuts. The mixture can be supplemented with potato starch mixed with water to make the food uniform. Served with rice.
