As Silvia Bodláková revealed, the lavender recipe comes from her grandmother’s cookbook. You can find them all at this link, we offer two – Sushi recipe and pudding, nech sa prači.
Levanduľové sušienky
Mix 100 grams of soft butter with 50 grams of brown sugar and one egg. Lavender pudding
We need half a liter of milk, lavender, cornstarch and sugar. Add 1 teaspoon of red lavender to 300 ml of whole milk. Let the milk heat up in the water bath. For the remaining milk, add three spoonfuls of corn and about two spoonfuls of sugar (according to taste). After that, mix all the ingredients and cook until the pudding is thick. We can serve this as dessert. If, however, we mix 200 g of soft butter, we get an excellent lavender cream, which we can use to spread cakes and tarts. “Or you can use it to connect two cakes and make delicious cakes,” adds Silvia Bodláková.
