Mix 100 grams of soft butter with 50 grams of brown sugar and one egg. Mix 125 g of cold flour mixed with finely crushed lavender flowers (about 1 tablespoon, but you can add more) and half a teaspoon of soda. The bread will be prepared and allowed to dry. We can serve this as dessert. If, however, we mix 200 g of soft butter, we get an excellent lavender cream, which we can use to spread cakes and tarts. “Or you can use it to connect two cakes and make delicious cakes,” adds Silvia Bodláková.
