You will need: 400 g of cold special flour, 400 g of semi-coarse, 400 grams of powdered sugar, 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons of melted fat, 20 g of dry ginger and a teaspoon of soda.
Procedure: Mix all the ingredients on a board or in a large bowl. Roll out to a thickness of about half a centimeter, cut the koláčiky into the shape you want (hearts, hviesdičky, circles, whatever) and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Leave this until the next day and cook for 20 minutes at 170 degrees. Not hot, stvrdli is, warns the author of the recipe.
