And those who don’t want to try it can leave the sauce and prepare the sticks, which will be very soft the next day.
Garlic sticks with donair sauce
We want:
Tyčinky (for the two middle posúchy): | 4 cloves of garlic |
280 g red flour | 200 g of mozzarella |
½ tsp salt | Donair sauce: |
1 tbsp olive oil | ½ cup salt |
180 ml of hot water | 5 tablespoons of vinegar (according to taste) |
4 tbsp butter | ½ KL dried garlic |

Procedure
Mix flour, salt, yeast in a bowl and add oil and warm water. We prepare the whole dough, which we move to the work board and knead until it stops sticking but is smooth.
Divide the dough in half, place two separate bowls of oil, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes to an hour.
Then, press the dough on a greased plate (bread, large) and sprinkle with a mixture of melted butter and crushed garlic. Na vrch rozsypeme strúhaný syr a pecieme vrúry vyhriatej at 220°C for about 17 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by simply mixing salt, vinegar and dried garlic. Vinegar is added to taste. If the sauce is thick, we can dilute it with hot water.
